1. Overview

At SigurdsonMedia, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, marketing solutions, and AI-driven products.
Because our work involves custom, digital, and service-based deliverables, all sales are final, and we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

2. Digital & Service-Based Deliverables

Due to the nature of our work — including digital marketing campaigns, branding, AI automation setups, and consulting services — once work has begun or digital access has been provided:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
     
  • No cancellations will be accepted once service delivery or project setup has started.
     
  • Any partial work or drafts delivered remain the intellectual property of SigurdsonMedia until payment is complete.
     

This policy ensures fairness and transparency, as significant time and resources are invested into each client project.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error (and verified by our billing team).
     
  • A service was not initiated within 30 days of payment due to a delay solely caused by SigurdsonMedia.
     

In such cases, clients must contact us at info@sigurdsonmedia.com within 7 business days of the transaction to request review.

SigurdsonMedia reserves the right to approve or deny any exception request at its sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By engaging our services, you agree not to file a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting SigurdsonMedia to resolve the issue.

Filing a false or invalid chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate termination of all current and future services.
     
  • Reporting to payment processors and legal authorities if fraudulent behavior is suspected.
     

We take our work and our client relationships seriously, and will always strive to resolve issues professionally and fairly.

5. Deposits & Retainers

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
They secure your project timeline, cover administrative setup, and ensure resource allocation.

If a project is paused or canceled by the client, the deposit remains with SigurdsonMedia as compensation for time and planning invested.

6. Subscription & Recurring Payments

For subscription-based or recurring services (such as AI bot hosting, social media management, or automation plans):

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles with 30 days’ written notice before the next renewal date.
     
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable, even if services are canceled partway through a billing cycle.
